These Consultation Terms govern all consultations and advisory services provided by The Mystic Guru, founded by Dr. Sachin Bansal. By booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Consultations are available by prior appointment only. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (unless otherwise agreed). Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details during booking.
Clients are requested to join their consultation on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time. If a client does not attend without prior notice, the consultation may be treated as a no-show.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability. Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All personal information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except with your consent or where required by applicable law.
The guidance provided is intended for personal growth, spiritual wellness, and informed decision-making. Consultations are complementary in nature and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Audio, video, or screen recording of consultations is not permitted without prior written consent from The Mystic Guru.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mystic Guru and Dr. Sachin Bansal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of consultation services or reliance on the guidance provided.
